As part of the celebration of the third annual Coastal Alabama Birdfest in Fairhope, the Eastern Shore Art Center will host "Estuaries & Art" for the entire month of October. Sponsored by the Weeks Bay Foundation, this exhibition will feature local artists renderings of the Weeks Bay estuary and pitcher plant bog, one of Alabama's great natural wonders. The exhibit will open October 6th with a wine and cheese reception at the Art Center, part of the monthly First Friday Artwalk in downtown Fairhope that features 10 art galleries, fine dining and shopping in the quaint local shops.
