The two-story brick house that Augustus Foscue built in 1840 is still in the family and still in use today. It has now leased by Mike and Susan Grayson and has been operation as a restaurant since the mid-1980s. Serving dinner Tuesday through Saturday, popular menu items include Pork Tenderloin with Taragan Sauce, the Shoutain Appetizer, Cajun Loin, Rocky Shountain Salmon, Pasta Racheal, and rib-eye steaks and filets, fried shrimp, oysters and scallops. Arrangements can be made for luncheons, cocktail parties, teas and wedding receptions.
