Fried chicken or a Catfish or Shrimp Po Boys to a New Orleans Muffuletta...he uses only he freshest ingrediants. The Grilled Pork Loin and the sauteed shrimp are not only healthy, they are filling. All soups and desserts are homemade, and many are Lunde's creations.
