25th Annual Race Fever

Race Fever is an annual fundraising event benefiting the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind (AIDB). Held at the SPEED Channel Dome within the International Motorsports Hall of Fame complex, Race Fever blends a BBQ dinner by Williamson Bros. BBQ Sauce, entertainment, live and silent auction, NASCAR legends like Darrell Waltrip, Ned Jarrett, Bobby Allison and Phil Barkdoll with today’s NASCAR Sprint Cup, NASCAR Nationwide Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series drivers who provide interviews, autographs and items, all adding up to a high-energy super-event. Race Fever began in 1986, when the late Bill France, Jr., former NASCAR Chairman, organized the first event to benefit children and adults served by AIDB.
