Approximately 2 million lights transform the park into a magical wonderland. Festivities begin the Friday after Thanksgiving at 6 p.m., with tree lighting ceremony followed by Christmas music. Entertainment continues each Friday through December. During Historic Village Christmas (Nov . 25-27, Dec. 2-4 & 9-11, children will have an opportunity to visit and take pictures with Santa, decorate cookies and make ornaments. There will also be lots of carolers. Historic Village hours are 5:30-8 p.m.; the park remains open until 10:30 p.m.
