Tannehill Civil War Reenactment

Tannehill and the Alabama State Militia Artillery will host  the Civil War Battle and Living History Reenactment. More than 500 reenactors. Camps open at 9 a.m.; battles, 2 p.m. Shop for unique Civil War collectibles, jewelry, clothing, uniforms and more in the traveling merchandisers tents. Try some of Doc Bell's Wizzard Elixir, step into Colonel Jon's Kitchen for some delicious Indian fry bread, see swordsmanship, marching and firing demonstrations. Hear live Civil War music from the 5th Alabama Regimental Band. Admission is $5.00 adult, $3.00 senior (62 & older) and $2.00 child (6-11).
