Intro to Twining (Native American Fingerweaving) Workshop

Monica Newman Moore twined her first bag in 1995 sitting in a Creek Indian Living History Camp of the 1770 era. She is now one of the leading practioners of this nearly vanished art of Native American finger weaving. Learn to make a bookmark or a bracelet. With the skills you learn in this class, you can twine a strap or belt. Bring a sack lunch/drink.Pre-registration required. Limited participant space. $25 pp fee includes supplies.
