Alabama Frontier Days - Nov 4-7
Reenactment of Alabama's frontier days from French Colonial times to the Early American period. Includes Native American reenactors, period traders, merchants and entertainers.

Alabama Pecan Festival - Nov 6-8
Carnival atmosphere with vendors selling food items, crafts, art and jewelry; also, face painting, a country and western show, and a Sunday gospel show.

National Veterans Day Parade - Nov 11
The nation's oldest and largest observance of Veterans Day, featuring approximately 5,000 participants, 15 bands, 100 cars and buses, 50 floats, and 30 horses.

Frank Brown Songwriters Festival, 25th Annual - Nov 12-22
Musicians from all over the world bring a variety of music to Alabama's Gulf Coast. Great opportunity for hit writers, aspiring newcomers, and an audience that appreciates great music to come together.

Mobile International Festival, 26th Annual - Nov 21
Travel around the world in a day and experience the wonders of the cultures of more than 70 countries. Visit with artists and enjoy entertainment and great food.

Galaxy of Lights Holiday Light Show - Nov 26-2
With more than 500 custom-created holiday light displays, this 1.5-mile driving route takes visitors throughout the Huntsville Botanical Garden to view nursery rhymes, Christmas scenes, flowers, butterflies and even dinosaurs - all in bright, animated lights.

Turkey Day Classic - Nov 26
Traditional rivalry featuring Alabama State University Hornets of Montgomery against the Tuskegee University Golden Tigers.

Magic Christmas in Lights - Nov 27-31
Stroll through more than 3 million twinkling lights in more than 600 custom-designed set pieces in 14 scenes.

Christmas on the River - Nov 29-5
Weeklong festival featuring Christmas in the Canebrake, the Alabama State Championship BBQ Cookoff, Alabama Boychoir concert, Children's Day Parade, Jingle Bell Run, nautical parade and fireworks show. Finale is always the first Saturday in December.
