The Great Alabama Duck Race

The race, which benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Alabama, consists of 10,000 rubber ducks being dumped from the Broad Street Bridge and racing 1.5 miles down the Coosa River before crossing the finish line. The winning duck receives $10,000 cash, and there are other great prizes for 2nd - 5th place as well.
