205-562-3220. www.tcpara.org. Downtown--More than 200 decorated floats, vehicles, bands and performers from the area. The evening kicks off at 5:15 p.m. with the community tree lighting ceremony on the steps of the Tuscaloosa County Courthouse and is followed by the parade at 6:30 p.m. The parade is led by Grand Marshals selected for their commitment to the community and Santa Claus appears as the grand finale for approximately 20,000 spectators on the streets of downtown Tuscaloosa.
