205-562-3220. Free. Downtown--Held the first Monday in December, West Alabama's largest Christmas parade features Santa Claus, more than 150 decorated floats, vehicles, bands and performers from the area. Parade at 5:15 p.m., followed by tree lighting on the steps of the courthouse at 6:30 p.m.
