Troy Recreation Center--The Pike Animal Shelters will hold three "Bow-Wow Pow-Wow Adoption events this year on March 20, August 28, and December 4. Time and pace TBA. On May 15, The shelter will have a "Going to the Dogs" Yard sale. Time and place TBA. October 9- 4th Annual "Fur Fest" will be held at the Troy Parks and Recreation Center from 10am-2pm.
