Clarkson Covered Bridge and Park

Outdoor Recreation Site

This location is one of largest covered bridges in Alabama and the Battle of Hog Mountain site. The truss bridge was built with lattice-style planks 1904 and restored 1975. The park features shaded picnic grounds, dogtrot log cabin, grist mill, hiking trails.
