Origin of the famous Dale's Steak Seasoning, which can be purchased in local grocery stores, this restaurant landmark specializes in delicious, marinated steaks and seafood. The lone survivor of a chain of restaurants begun by Jake Levine in Birmingham in 1946, Dale's is now a staple in restaurant facilities in the Shoals area of northwest Alabama.
