Jim's Restaurant was open January 1, 1958 by Jim and Janet Pierce. Jim had just retired from the United State's Army and wanted to start a business of his own, with the help of his wife, Janet, he opened Jim's Restaurant. The goal of Jim's was to serve top quality food, generous portions and service with a smile. All was accomplished and resulted in a popular restuarant for Prattville, which is still one of the most successful restaurants in the River Region. If you are looking for home style cooking made from scratch....Jim's is waiting to serve you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Pierce family still owns and operates Jim's in the same tradition that Jim & Janet started over 48 years ago.
