Moundville Archaeological Park

Historic Site

This National Landmark Site contains 26 large, prehistoric, platform mounds in 320-acre park. Attractions include a reconstructed Native American village, museum, nature trails, campground, temple mound and picnic sites on the banks of the Black Warrior River.
