Chef Wesley True wanted a restaurant that reflected Southern charm and the warmth of a home kitchen. Since opening his first restaurant in 2007, chef True has received accolades from both local and national publications and was recently named a finalist for Best Chef in the South by the James Beard Foundation. True Midtown Kitchen's lunch and dinner menus are ever-changing, but always include seasonal salads, seafood and Southern-inspired fare.
