Cooter Brown's Rib Shack was started in Jacksonville, Alabama by Tim and Barbara Johnson. They have two boys, Eric 11 and Kyle 7. This is a family owned business which started with one store in 2000 and have expanded to their second location in 2005. Cooter Brown's specialized in BBQ ribs but has many other menu items to choose from. Cooter Brown's has a casual relaxed atmosphere. All of the food is cooked to order so you know it is fresh. This ain't fast food, it's good food.
