Cutts Restaurant

If there is one place in Enterprise that can “cut” the mustard, it’s Cutts Restaurant. Noted for its chili dog, the restaurant emerged from Cutts Grocery which was started in Level Plains, Alabama in 1967 by Larry and Pearlie Bell. The Bells created the now famous Cutts Chili Dog. In 1977, they opened Cutts Snack Bar in Enterprise, where they served short order sandwiches with side orders and their tasty chili dogs. Now, the third generation of Cutts runs the restaurant. The local landmark features a buffet of four meats, 14 vegetables and desserts…and, of course, Cutts Chili Dog.
