At Lunde's all meals are prepared by Chef Loren F. Lunde, a graduate of the C.I.A. (Culinary Institute of America) in Hyde Park, New York. It's urban cooking...Cajun, American, Southern. Fried chicken or a Catfish or Shrimp Po Boys to a New Orleans Muffuletta...he uses only he freshest ingrediants. The Grilled Pork Loin and the sauteed shrimp are not only healthy, they are filling. All soups and desserts are homemade, and many are Lunde's creations.
