Alabama Communities of Excellence

Alabama Communities of Excellence (ACE) is a comprehensive three-phase program which assists Alabama's small communities (populations ranging from 2,000 to 12,000) with their community and economic development efforts. Communities must apply and be selected for the ACE program. Upon successful completion of all three phases of the program, the community is designated to be an Alabama Community of Excellence. Alabama Community of Excellence Cities include: Atmore, Brewton, Demopolis, Fayette, Guin, Gulf Shores, Guntersville, Haleyville, Heflin, Millbrook, Monroeville, Thomasville and Valley.
