Cat-n-Bird Winery

Our story began in October 2013 after a blind set-up by mutual friends. From there, the adventures began. Both being lovers of wine, we began making it at home. A fun hobby that we would share with friends resulted in requests to purchase our wine, as it was "California" quality. That's when we began to dream of "one day" when we might open a winery. In October 2015, we officially became Mr. and Mrs. Lyons and in April of 2016, purchased a farm home and property on Old Highway 280 in Chelsea, AL. That property would become the realization of our dreams, quicker than we had ever imagined. We currently reside, along with our three children, in the farm home which we are forever renovating. We have 2 horses and mini donkey, 3 dogs (all rescues) and 3 cats. Stop by anytime, see the renovations, have a sip of wine and enjoy "living the dream" with us. ​​
