Government Street Presbyterian Church
Government Street Presbyterian Church is an historic Church founded in 1831. It is considered the "Presbyterian Mother Church" for this region. It was renovated/remodeled in 2000 and a new Reiger-Kloss - 65 rank - electron-pneumatic pipe organ from the Czech Republic was installed at that time. This was only the fifth example of this company's instruments in the North American Continent. The church is on the National Historic Site Registry.
