The final resting place of Hank Williams is located only 1 mile from the beautiful historic downtown area and the Hank Williams Museum. Hank Williams died January 1, 1953 in the backseat of his 1952 baby blue Cadillac. Look for the sign marking the route to his gravesite off Upper Wetumpka Road
