L.A. Barbeque

All of our food is prepared and cooked right here in our restaurant. Every piece of meat is hand-rubbed with our top secret blend of seasonings. After preparations are complete, the meat is loaded into our custom-made smoker and smoked with pecan for a l-o-o-o-o-n-g time. Believe us, it can do some smoking. We can cook about 700 pounds of Boston butts, or 600 pounds of ribs, or 800 pounds of chicken…at one time!! That is why our barbecue is so unique. If you really think you need sauce, we make that as well. Sweet, Tangy, or Fire in the Hole, it’s your choice.
