NoJa occupies a North Jackson Street landmark that at different times has been a private home, a cab company and one of downtown Mobile's most legendary bars, the Little Turf Club. Today the spot is a sophisticated restaurant complete with ironwork and a romantic courtyard. At NoJa, chef and owner Chakli Diggs blends Mediterranean, Asian and Gulf Coast cuisine using free-range meats and other organic and sustainable ingredients.
