Phoenix IX has excellent amenities and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balconies attached to each condo. The amenities at Phoenix IX are well-situated to take advantage of views of not only the Gulf of Mexico, but of the Ole River. The condos themselves are plenty roomy, whether 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms. There are both indoor and outdoor pools at the facility and a kiddie pool for the little ones. You can play tennis in Phoenix IX Orange Beach's climate-controlled court on the 12th floor and then relax in one of the hot tubs or take a dip in the pool on the 7th floor overlooking the back bays!
