
Sanibel on the Beach
At Sanibel on the Beach, you are just a couple of steps and your toes are in the ocean… 4 bedroom/4 bath direct Beach Front house...your family will love the location, great views and watching the dolphins in the morning from the deck and living area. The house is ideal for singles, couples, two families with children, and multi generations. The seven hundred square feet of completely open living dining kitchen space looks directly out on the crystal white sand and beautiful blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. Just a short walk down the beach is the National Wildlife Preserve with miles of empty beaches. The 20 x 18 living area and 20 x 14 kitchen/dining area give you PLENTY of space to mix and mingle and watch the beach from the inside comfort of this vacation home. The almost five hundred square foot deck, 40 x 12 feet with a covered center area, gives beach bums of all ages plenty of places to hang out. The incredible views from the entire living kitchen open room usually include seeing pelicans, herons, porpoises, ospreys and if you are lucky, the Blue Angels might be practicing. The guest favorite is having four baths! After a day of fun in the sun there is nothing like the whole group having plenty of showers and bathrooms available. The house is recently renovated with a beachy light airy décor and has all the comforts of home. It is close enough to Gulf Shores for shopping and dining but located in a private neighborhood to enjoy the beach away from the crowds. You cannot beat the spectacular views, magnificent sunsets, and relaxing atmosphere of being right on the beach. The living area has a cathedral ceiling and plenty of seating, two rattan sofas, two wicker chairs, three rattan chairs and an ottoman around a coffee table. There is also a large flat screen television, DVD player, two bookcases, and the WIFI router for everyone’s internet access. The kitchen has granite countertops and a breakfast bar with six stools. It is fully equipped with cook books, a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker, plenty of dishes, plates, glasses, bowls, wine glasses, coffee cups, utensils, pots, pans, blender, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, hand mixer, immersion mixer, waffle maker, oven, frig, and dish washer, The dining area has a large butcher block table with six chairs and a bookcase with plenty of books and DVD’s for entertainment. A laundry closet is right off the dining area with a ful size washer and dryer. The large open living kitchen dining area looks out onto the very large deck with two cypress captain chairs, two polywood Adirondack chairs, one lounger, and several wrought iron chairs available for outdoor deck seating. The middle third of the deck is covered by a roof for the shade lovers. Another level of living for those enjoying the beach breezes and relaxing out of the sun is the ground level large sitting/play area with a picnic table as well as parking. Each of the four bedrooms is very large with roomy closets. The two beachfront master bedrooms have their own private bath and the two back bedrooms each have their own baths that are located on the east and west back halls. The halls give the two back bedrooms additional privacy from the main living kitchen area. A flag mount is installed on west side of deck for those who like to fly flags at the beach. Attractions include various golf courses, Bellingrath Gardens, 65 landscaped acres in the midst of a 905-acre semi-tropical rain forest. Charters are available nearby for deep sea and in-shore fishing, or you may enjoy a boat trip which allows you to watch the dolphins play. Visit Fort Morgan, offering living history demonstrations and self-guided tours. Take a ride on the the Ferry to Mobile and visit the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park. Take a drive to Pensacola and visit the National Naval Aviation Museum. Looking for a good deal? Check out the large Tanger Shopping Center offering more than 120 factory outlet stores. Take a nature walk in the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge located near the resort. Enjoy local attractions such as The Wharf, zip lines, the zoo, and more. Savor delicious, fresh seafood at numerous, local restaurants. Make a splash at Waterville, USA-a Water Amusement Park sure to thrill kids of all ages!
