Born from the spirit and soul of New Orleans, Ruby Slipper was founded in 2008 with a simple goal: bringing people together over a shared love of breakfast and brunch. What began as a neighborhood café in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina has grown into a beloved brunch destination across the Gulf South, known for its made-from-scratch dishes, warm hospitality and a menu inspired by New Orleans flavors.
