Town of Mooresville

Often referred to as "Alabama's Williamsburg," this picturesque 1818 village is the oldest incorporated town in Alabama and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. A post office features original call boxes built prior to the Civil War. Also a community brick church built in 1839 and a Stagecoach Inn and Tavern from 1820.
