This annual art and musical event displays citizens of Fort Payne taking a second look at their past and the heritage passed down to them through the arts and crafts of our area. Many events will take place the week prior to the celebration on Saturday. The Boom Days Heritage Celebration will feature many of these facets in the presentation of musical performances as well as art displays in the Fort Payne City Park. The Boom Days Heritage Celebration was chosen as the Alabama Tourism Department 2015 Event of the Year.
