The Birmingham Civil Rights Institute invites you to take part in our 2025 Juneteenth (Freedom Day) Celebration on Saturday, June 14th and Thursday, June 19th.  

Saturday is Wellness Day, with free health screenings, wellness resources and family-friendly fitness activities.  To Register for a screening: Call (205) 996-2304 and leave a voicemail with your first name, last name, phone number, and the desired date and time for your appointment. 

Thursday is Freedom Day with free admission to the museum, presentations, Community Village with local vendors and resources, Kid’s Zone with hands-on activities, food trucks, and more.
