In 2026, the Magic City Art Connection celebrates its 43rd year at Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark.  The festival features 200 juried, fine artists from around the country alongside Corks & Chefs: A Taste of Birmingham, Imagination Festival art-making workshops for kids, live performances on stage, special installations and exhibitions, a cafe, and much more. 

Complementing the art buying experience is the food, wine, craft beer, spirits, cocktails, and guided tasting seminars & demos of Birmingham's longest running tasting event hosted at the contemporary art festival. The 29th Corks & Chefs: A Taste of Birmingham brings together chefs, vintners, distillers, brewers, bartenders, plus local and regional tastemakers, influencers, and foodies in this explorative flavor nexus on Saturday, April 25 & Sunday, April 26 of the 3 day festival weekend.
