Now celebrating its 5th year, Pinhoti Fest is Alabama’s premier hiking and outdoor festival, honoring the iconic Pinhoti Trail and the outdoor community it inspires. Hosted in downtown Sylacauga, this free, family-friendly festival brings together hikers, outdoor enthusiasts, and curious newcomers for a full weekend of connection and adventure. Attendees can enjoy live music, local and regional vendors, food trucks, and hands-on trail workshops, along with inspiring speakers and outdoor leaders sharing stories, skills, and trail knowledge. Weekend camping options allow visitors to fully immerse themselves in the Pinhoti Fest experience and explore the surrounding Trail Town. Free to attend and open to all, Pinhoti Fest welcomes everyone to learn, explore, and celebrate Alabama’s outdoor culture.
