Rodeo and Rhythm at Greensport

Experience one of Alabama’s most unique summer events at the 3rd Annual Rodeo & Rhythm on Greensport Island in Ashville, Alabama. Set on an island surrounded by the waters of Neely Henry Lake, this two-night event combines the excitement of an SPRA-sanctioned professional rodeo with live music under the stars. Guests can enjoy bull riding, bronc riding, barrel racing, rodeo entertainment, waterfront views, food vendors, and a family-friendly atmosphere unlike any traditional rodeo setting. After the rodeo each night, the energy continues with live performances from Will Wesley on Friday and the Mario Mena Band on Saturday. The event also features special electric guitar National Anthem performances by local 16-year-old musician Killian Farr. With scenic lake views, western tradition, and live entertainment all in one location, Rodeo & Rhythm offers a true Alabama experience for visitors of all ages.
