Each year since 2008, the Trail Masters, a group of volunteers, host Scarecrows in the Park where you can experience a wide variety of scarecrow displays spread along approximately three miles of trails at Lake Frank Jackson State Park. Additionally, you can enjoy the beauty of the park itself, as well as the glorious Lake Frank Jackson. The scarecrow displays are creatively crafted by the Trail Masters, various individuals, businesses, churches, and school groups. Scarecrows in the Park is a wonderful "field trip" for school students or seniors. Golf cart tours are available, but if you have a larger group, please call ahead to schedule your golf cart tour.
